■ Commissions are for personal use only (if you wish to use the commission in any other way, contact me for permission, DO NOT use the commission for products and own commercial use unless we discuss it).
■ I still have copyright of the commission and may use it for personal purposes in the future (my portfolio, galleries, etc).
■ The commissioner is not permitted under any circumstances to trace, vector, or appropriate the art in any way unless you have explicitly asked for permission. Using them as icons with credit is completely okay.
■ The image is allowed to be used by the commissioner for personal uses such as wallpapers, icons, etc. However, if the image is public, credit must be visibly given to me, the artist.
■ Commissioners are not entitled to the PSD, sai, or other files that contain layers. I will only send the commission as a png file or gif file if it is animatedThe quickest way to contact me is through:

■You agree that my artwork and designs are NEVER to be used for NFTs or AI related 'art'.■You understand that my characters/art/designs must not be used to promote illegal, hateful, or unpleasent purposes.■You understand that all prices and payments are in USD and through Paypal.■Payments are made in FULL before I start the commission. Failure to do so and the commission will be declined.■You understand all commissions will be done digitally. There will be no hard copies. The Client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind, unless stated otherwise by artist.■All commissions will be sent via private message with a sta.sh or google drive link to the high resolution photo of the completed commission. The link may be deleted in the future, but will remain up for at least 48 hours after purchase. The Artist is not responsible if the high resolution photo is lost after that period of time. It is the responsibility of The Client to save the artwork within 48 hours of receiving it. If put on Toyou.se, credit artists TH account @v0mitbeetle■If the Client cancels his/her/their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished: (50% refunded if in the lineart stage, no refund if past said point) and The Client will not receive any files of the commission. You agree that you will NOT be refunded if you are unsatisfied with the commission.■If the Artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.■Refunds will be given within 24-72 hours after correspondence.■■Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about one (1) week to three (3) months at the latest. If the Artist has to take longer than three (3) months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client will be contacted and informed of the status of his/ her/ their commission.■■If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it. Rush orders will have an extra 30% fee.■■Maximum 3 free revisions of the sketched until
submitted (not including lining and coloring, complete
reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the
original cost.■Revisions during the line work and coloring are allowed as long as they’re a maximum of 3 MINOR changes. Major revisions are only allowed if the Artist has missed a major design element to the character.■■I will send you WIP (work in progress) sketches for you to approve before I move on to finalizing the artwork.■■You understand I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so if you take longer than 24 hours to approve the sketch, please understand that my completion time will also take longer.■Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.■You agree to not use my work for commercial use if you did not order a commercial purchase.■By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service, and you understand that these terms may be updated as necessary by myself.Copyright + Usage PolicyI, The Artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not The Client. Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote myself within any place or website, To display or post it where I like.■■WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CLIENT is allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, Print the art for themself (and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself), Use the art to promote themselves (with no revenue collected via the promotion) as long as proper credit is given to the artist.■■Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork■■■Commercial Fees:BASIC: twice the original price for artwork/character design that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers etc (eg: character design costs: $80 —> $80 x 2 = total $160)* FULL: 2x price for artwork/character design that will be sold as merchandise ex: prints, keychains, stickers, etc (eg: character design costs: $80 —> $80 x 2 = $160; $160 + $80 = total $240)Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.I reserve the right to decline or request removal of any commission that I see fit or not in compliance with my terms.If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions. If a character design is involved I have the right to reclaim the design until and agreement is reached between all parties.■By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service.■■■DESIGNSIn the event the protection of my work is in jeopardy, i will reclaim a design and shelf it indefinitely or until an agreement is reached between all involved parties.You agree that you are paying for the right to use the character and any artwork associated with it and that legal ownership/copyrights still belong to myself, the creator. You understand that you may never use a design commercially without my explicit permission. (See Copyright + Usage Policy for commercial fees.)You understand that you may never copy or reproduce my characters/designs. fair use inspirations such as "twins/clones" may be allowed for story/roleplay purposes only but must not be sold/traded/transferred OR repurposed with intent to sell/trade/transfer under any circumstances.You understand that if you make (or have made) alterations, modifications, and remixes of your character/art, it must fall under 'fair use.' if a new design is based on my work, however transformatively, i must still be properly attributed as the initial creator. Always provide proper credit when listing my art/characters - whether it is for sale, trade, giveaway, or posting in your personal gallery.If you received one of my designs in a SALE/AUCTION, you can resell it only for as much as you paid for it. you are free to trade it or give it away as well.You agree that if you are to redistribute my designs, you must tell me who the new owner of the design is and give them my TOS. I must know where my designs are at all times.If you have put CONSIDERABLE EFFORT into a PURCHASED design, (in the form of artwork & writing), and with accordance to other involved artists agreements as well, you may raise the price accordingly. this does not include simply sitting on a character, additional value must be justified.If you received one of my designs in a TRADE, you may trade it or give it away, but please do not resell it without my permission.If you claimed one of my designs in a GIVEAWAY, feel free to give it to someone else, but please do not sell or trade it without my permission.If i gave you a character PERSONALLY/DIRECTLY, do not trade/sell/give it away without my permission.You agree that my artwork and designs are NEVER to be used for NFTs.
